IMPORTANT Information

Finding out Information

We highly encourage you to be reading back through each of the iNewsletters that have been published to have all the information that you need for a successful start at Curiosity.  Many of the questions that we are receiving have answers that can be found within all the information made available to our families, so we politely ask that you seek their first.  A parent handbook will become available as of Week 4 at our Parent Information Night.  A date will come out for this soon.

Fully Booked

On your arrival on your child's first day, support will be welcoming you to have your child's booking confirmed for the day.  There will be no accounts charged until we have done everything necessary our end.  We do ask that as soon as you receive an email from Centrelink and Fully Booked that you action these immediately and thoroughly to ensure that you are not charged full fees.  This is the responsibility of the Centrelink account holders to action.

Please note, any amendments needing to be made on any bookings must be given with two weeks notice.  As per our Fee Policy, two weeks notice must be given in writing for fees not to be charged for sessions that have been booked.  This is actionable now as of 5pm on Friday the 24th of January.  We appreciate your support in this area and will endeavour to be as accommodating as possible.

Medical Considerations

Legally we are required to have all Medical Plans and medication on site for your child to be in our care.  Please ensure that these forms and medications with Chemist labels on boxes and items are with you when you bring your child to Curiosity on their first day.  If you are unable to supply these, then we are unable to accept your child and you will be charged your child's fees until this is attended too.

Curiosity ELC Morning Routine

We would ask that you read the following Morning routine with your child in preparation for their first day.  It is going to be a great week so be confident in knowing that our staff are well prepared and eager to welcome you and your child on their first day.  On arrival, until our staff are familiar with all our families and pick up people, we ask that you present with photo identification so that we can be assured that the right adult is picking up the right child.  This is  part of our Child Protection policy, so we ask for your support in us carrying out our due diligence in this extremely important area of our duty of care.

Keeping in Touch

Thank you for taking time to read to the end of our CURIOSITY iNewsletter.  We look forward to partnering with you and answering your questions as they come through.
