MAG Scholastic Book Fair
WOW! What a busy week; from set-up at 9am Monday to pack-down at 7pm on Thursday. A huge thank you to so many people for your support for MAG’s annual Book Fair, from our maintenance team, families who purchased products, to community volunteers (including members of our Resource Centre Committee), and staff members who provided support.
Students were excited to see what titles were available for purchase. There was a wide range of books, activity books, diaries, posters and stationery. Our total book sales were $5013 granting us a total of $1745 raised for the Resource Centre, based on 35% commission. The books we will be able to purchase with these funds will head to shelves in the Resource Centre and also to build Year level classroom libraries. We hope these acquisitions will bring the joy of reading to current and future students. I hope the purchases your children have made will bring many hours of pleasure.
