Grade 1 and 2

Welcome to Term 3. 

'WE ARE CHANGE MAKERS'

This term our inquiry unit focus is 'We Are Change Makers'. Students will be predicting, observing and experimenting with the physical and chemical changes that occur when different materials are mixed together. Throughout the unit students will be investigating the properties of everyday materials, learning about how materials used in buildings and shelters are suited to the environment and exploring changes that occur over time. 

We look forward to exploring this unit and cannot wait for Professor Bunsen to visit us on Friday 28th July to share his knowledge and have lots of fun.

We would all like to wish Maddison Dowell the very best as she starts the beautiful journey into motherhood. We will miss her and thank her for all her work this year. All our love to Maddy and her family. 

Welcome

We would like to warmly welcome Linda Zanatta to our team. Ms Zanatta has taught our Grade 3/4s for many years and we look forward to the wealth of experience that she will bring to our junior school grades.
