Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
Cranbourne South has launched a Kindness Blitz in the Senior School as we head into the holiday break.
A blitz entails (but is not exhaustive to):
Staff will highlight instances where kindness has occurred and discuss ways in which this can be enacted in all situations. Using the Behaviour Matrix "We will or I will" statements will also be priority on how to be kind to ourselves and others.
Kindness will continue to be a focus in Term 2 throughout the school. Could all families discuss how to kind at home as we head into the break and returning to school?
Thanks for your support.

One of the key strategies at CSPS is our SEL and Respectful Relationship lessons that are conducted weekly and as needed.
The Respectful Relationships program supports schools and early childhood settings to promote and model respect, positive attitudes and behaviours. It teaches our children how to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence.
All classes throughout the school participate in lessons led by Rachael M - our social worker. Rachael works at CSPS for 5 days each fortnight.
Rachael works out of the Oasis room with small groups and individuals, and is in classrooms delivering Respectful Relationship lessons to whole classes. Rachael also presents sessions to staff about well being for staff and students.
