As we head into the holidays

What a whirl wind Term 1 2022 has been. There have been many things to celebrate.

The refurbishment of the Hub, iSea iCare excursions, Leadership visits, sporting achievements and the reopening of the Breakfast club Thursday and Friday mornings by our volunteers.

The focus on learning in all areas of the school have been immense.  There have been 200+ Parent Teacher conferences held with Individual Education Plans shared. We could not be prouder of the students and staff who have worked hard on their goals and achieved so much despite disruptions. The return to 'normal' onsite learning for 2022 has been interrupted in many ways this term. We have had over 18 staff members affected by COVID and 150 students. In true CSPS spirit we have not let that take us away from our PURPOSE as we come to school each day and show Positivity, Persistence, Pride and Passion.

Thanks again to the CSPS community for their kind thoughts and well wishes. Mr Corcoran has really appreciated the messages, cards and support he has received.  He is feeling well and much loved.

As we head into the last week of term please make sure that you take time over the holidays to spend time with family and friends and get ready for the busy Term 2. Please check the Compass regularly  for event dates and updates.

Don't forget to send your students to school on Monday with their smiles for photo day!

We look forward to seeing you all at the Easter Bonnet parade on Friday Morning, April 8.

Karen Halket, ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

School are built on the relationships developed and built with neighbours and community.

The Cranbourne South community has always had a strong connection with the General Store and the surrounding neighbours.

Can I please remind the school community of the need to ensure privacy for our neighbours, particularly those with livestock and horses that could be startled by sudden movement and loud sounds.

We appreciate your consideration of privacy and security for our neighbours.
