IPS 2022 COVID-19 Guidelines (four weeks)

Parents / guardians onsite.

Masks must be worn by all parents on school property except those with an exemption.

All visitors to the office must enter through the front door and sign in using the QR code signage clearly on display if you are staying longer than 15 minutes.

Pick up and drop off.

This year there will not be a staggered start or finish to the school day. Families will be able to access the school yard briefly. Read on!

In an effort to avoid congestion, gates will be unlocked at 8.50am and locked at 9.05am each morning and unlocked at 3.25pm and locked at 3.40pm each afternoon. This will allow parents to enter the school grounds for Drop off and Pick-up. These arrangements will be revised as more information comes to hand.

Please support us in our efforts to make our school as open and accessible to our school community by making your time on site as brief as you can and keeping to the following rules.

  • Enter and exit the school grounds using your child’s allocated gate indicated on the map below.
  • Masks must be worn by all adult visitors on school property except those with an exemption. Teaching staff are not required to wear masks outside.
  • Move off site as soon as practical. Remember after 15 minutes the gates will be closed.
  • Follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Sadly it is not possible to allow parents into school buildings and classrooms for the moment, but we do hope and look forward to when this can change.

Keeping our school safe is everyone’s responsibility. Let’s work together.

Thank you for your co-operation.
