Bargaining

Greetings OGEA Members! 

Your current Bargaining Team, also known as the B-Team, consists of five members representing our bargaining unit for the two upcoming rounds of negotiations (reopener and successor contract). We are pleased to share that our combined experiences covers almost every area of OGSD involving certificated staff. Collectively, we’ve served on numerous district and site level committees and participated in various district initiatives and programs. 

Additionally, as a team, we have worked within all three learning communities, and held positions at the primary, upper grade, and intermediate levels. We are eager to put our experiences and knowledge to use as we work to support you and negotiate the best contract for all of us. We will continue to seek your input and invite you to participate in member-only surveys.
