The Adventures of Frankie & Ash
School Support Dogs
We had a lovely holiday from school. We got to to go the beach and chase the waves, and had lots of walks and lots of cuddles.
Mum and Dad went on holidays for some days and our favourite friend Claudia came and looked after us. Claudia is much kinder with treats than Mum and Dad. Dad used the word "porky" when he came back so now we are on Treat Rations - AGAIN.
We need to get the Dog Union involved because this is pawfectly unfair treatment.
On Anzac Day we had a picnic at the Dog Beach. We got to run and play on the beach and in the water for HOURS. Mum and Dad got a bit mad when I (Frankie) went to say hello to the people on the picnic blanket behind us because I was a bit wet and sandy. Pffft - who wears white linen to a dog beach???!!!
When we came back to school we have been VERY BUSY because now we have a VERY IMPORTANT JOB. Our favourite friend Stephanie looks after us in the Wellbeing Hub and we have been working with some sad people making them feel better. Our favourite friend Tracey works in the office and she looks after us when we are having our work breaks.
When we get back from school we are VERY VERY SNOOZY and Mum says this is a good thing because it helps with keeping the house tidy.
Mum and Dad are going to be looking after some baby kittens for a couple of weeks until they can go to their furever homes. We are very excited about this but Mum says we have to learn to be VERY VERY GENTLE and not try to play with them like we play together. We will show you some photos next time.
That's all for now.
