Captains' Corner

We started Term 2 with much energy and enthusiasm. Interhouse cross country was a huge success with all students from different age groups and abilities coming together to compete with spirit and sportsmanship. The Kalinga Park oval was filled with vibrant colours, face paint and tutus with several individuals achieving personal bests.

We kick start this week with our Round 4 autumn fixtures for football, touch and basketball against Moreton Bay College. After great success last term in our sports, we hope to continue this enthusiasm and excitement with more students participating and committing to training and games. With winter fixtures starting next week, Term 2 is looking to be a big one, with the QGSSSA Cross Country Championships being a month off on 20 May. We hope every girl and boy try their best this term while having fun and making great memories this year.
