2023 School Fees

Payment Options for 2023 School Fees 

Option 1 - One-off Payment  

Due Date: 31st March 2023 

Option 2 - Four Instalments 

1st Instalment Due Date: 31st March 2023

(1 student - $920 each instalment, 2+ students - $1,595 each instalment).  

2nd Instalment Due Date: 23rd June 2023 

3rd Instalment Due Date: 15th September 2023 

4th Instalment Due Date: 17th November 2023 

Option 3 - Flexible Payment Plan 

Due Date: 17th November 2023 

Direct Debits 

The preferred method of payment is direct debit (automatic transactions set up by the College), a form can be found on our website at - https://www.sje.vic.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Direct-Debit-Request-Form.pdf  

If you are an existing family of the College and would like to recommence your direct debit or change the amount, please email Daniele - fees@sje.vic.edu.au 

Current Pensioner and Health Care Card Holders 

In addition to the family discounts for families with two or more enrolled students, the Victorian Government provides the Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) for eligible students. The payment amount is $225 per year for eligible secondary school students.

Applications can be entered from 30 January 2023 to 23 June 2023.  

Please complete the application form and forward to the Front Office or email – fees@sje.vic.edu.au with a copy of your Health Care Card. The College can assist you in your application if you require. 

Assistance 

We understand for some families the payment of fees can be of concern, so from the outset, we encourage you to communicate with us.    

If you anticipate having difficulty paying your fees, please contact us immediately. Our experience shows that by dealing with these concerns early, families experiencing financial hardship gain clarity around fees and fee payments, and have their concerns put to ease.
