Welcome to Term 2!

The library staff hope everyone enjoyed a safe and relaxing holiday break! We were working throughout the holidays to make some wonderful adjustments and improvements to the library space.

Here are some of the changes you may notice when visiting the library this term:

• Rearranged shelving of Fiction texts.
• New genre signage identifying the Fiction collections (special thanks Byron C Year 8 for your help with this).
• Student bag storage pods outside the library for student use.
• The ENTRANCE and EXIT doors have been swapped so the Entry is now closer to the Library Borrow Desk.

We're excited to share our fantastic collection of Star Wars adaptations by esteemed authors like Terry Brooks, Patricia Wrede, and Ryder Windham. 

Discover the rich Star Wars universe through visual dictionaries, encyclopedias, and a diverse range of storybooks catering to all reading levels.

 Immerse yourself in the detailed narratives of the cinematic universe, and let your imagination soar to new heights.

Friends of the Library Club

As you know, our Library collection is forever growing and changing depending on the interests of our borrowers and the curriculum transitions. However, the staff are seeking the HELP of our amazing students to join a club to discuss and offer suggestions of new additions to our collections. Members of the Friends of the Library Club will meet once a month with a monetary budget to look through catalogues and create a spreadsheet of new titles for the Library team to order! Who wouldn’t want to be involved in this awesome opportunity?
