Meditation and Mindfulness

Staff have been participating in a number of mindfulness and meditation opportunities as part of their ongoing professional learning. This allows for the use of these practices within the classroom setting and provides opportunities for staff to nurture their own wellbeing. Being mindful during times of stress is very important.
