Our Come and Try an Instrument Day with the Mitchell Conservatorium for the band program in 2023 was held yesterday. We had a huge amount of interest. Children tried instruments and Ms Roberts supplied notes to children. Please return notes to the office by Friday 18th November. If children did not receive a note, please see Ms Roberts at school. Notes should be returned to the school so further information regarding enrolments can be supplied to parents.

Mr Thackray and the BPS Cricket Team are in Orange today playing Nashdale/Canobolas PS in the Western Region Semi Final of the NSW PSSA Cricket Knockout. We are eager to hear the results on their return.

Don't forget our School Concert on Wednesday 23rd November. There are still tickets available for the Matinee performance. The children are working so hard at school to have Concert items ready and they are really starting to look fantastic! Notes regarding the organisation for the Rehearsal Day on Tuesday 22nd and Concert Matinee and Evening performance on Wednesday 23rd November have been sent home. Parents are required to either grant permission through the Sentral Parent Portal or sign and return the note to school by Wednesday 16th November.

Our Year 6 Mini Fete will be held on Friday 25th November. Year 6 are doing a wonderful job putting lots of fantastic activities together for the rest of the school. The Year 6 children have visited morning assemblies to explain the activities children can participate in. We look forward to the Year 6 Mini Fete at the end of Week 7.
