Remembrance Day

We invite members of our College community to join us in commemorating Remembrance Day by attending the service at Doncaster RSL, which we will be presenting in community partnership with the Doncaster RSL. Alternatively, families are invited to watch the live-stream of our onsite service at the College. Details of the livestream will be published prior to Friday.

Remembrance Day - Poppies for Sale

Members of the SRC are also selling Poppies (badges and handmade ones) to raise money for the RSL. Please bring along some coins and support them so that they can assist returned service men and women. Come visit the Quadrangle (Year 8 side) on the following dates:

• Tuesday 7th November Recess
• Wednesday 8th November Recess

We would like to give special thanks to Kai Paul and his Mum, Jen Paul for crocheting Poppies for this event. Kai has made some white and purple Poppies and Jen has crocheted over 100 red poppies, an amazing effort.

The Red Poppy – represents the blood of the soldiers 

The White Poppy – Represents Peace

The Purple Poppy - remembers animal victims of war and human violence.
