Community Garden and outdoor play Update

The Community Garden is alive with activity

Liz, our community gardener from Cultivating Communities is always looking for ways to connect learning with sustainability, food technology and self sufficiency. We are hoping to get our garden ready for Autumn planting, mulch spread around the beds and a good weeding this week.

Lunchtime Activities

Lunch time activities is a great program run every lunch time for all students with the support of Miss Booker. Students are able to engage in play with other students who may not be in their class or year level, it’s a great way for students to get to know each other and have fun at lunch time!

Many different activities are set up each lunch time for the students to play with, some activities include building blocks, dominos, skipping, barbie dolls, quoits, colouring in, hula hoops and more! There is also music playing for anyone who would like to have a dance!
