Upcoming Events

We would like to share upcoming events with you, so you can help your child be organised for the weeks ahead. Our fabulous parent committee recommended that it is a good idea for your child to have some gold coins in their room. These are for days when there are donations required for various fundraisers in the Day School. Middle School boarders may need a reminder to not spend it all at the Plaza. 

Dates and Important Information

  • Week Four - All Middle School students will be attending camp, (Tara Ball and Sienna Ball are lucky enough to be attending Year Eight camp for one night each!)
  • Friday 26 February - Year Seven Parent Afternoon Tea in Michaelmas House at 2.00pm. Please RSVP to Tara Ball
  • Closed Weekend - depart Boarding on Friday 26 February and return on Monday 1 March.  If you would like to use the Boarding Bus service, please book for the Eastern run here and the Western run here.  Bookings close on Tuesday 23 February.
  • Please remember to book GSG transport if your child requires TransWA pickup on Monday 1 March.
  • Boarding reopens at 4.00pm on Monday 1 March. 4.00pm is always the return time after a Closed Weekend.
  • Week Six - Year Ten Outward Bound and Leeuwin Voyage.  The Leeuwin Voyage departs at the end of Week Five on Friday 5 March.
  • School Photo Days - Thursday 4 and Friday 5 March. Don't forget to ensure your child's hair is appropriately cut, shoes shined and uniform is prepared.
  • MSWA Ride - Saturday 13 March.
  • Wilson Day - Friday 19 March.  The theme this year is: Come as your Parent/Guardian/Grandparent.  There will also be some delicious strawberry flavoured delight to purchase at recess.  Please remember to bring some gold coins back with you from the Closed Weekend.
  • Parent Social Gathering - Friday 19 March.  This is still in the planning stage, we will provide more information as soon as we can.
  • Boarding Parent Teacher Interviews - Thursday 1 April.

Term Two Long Weekends

Next term, the ANZAC Day long weekend is at the end of Week One.  Boarding will be open for this weekend, as school has only just returned from the holidays. The School encourages all students to march on ANZAC Day. The Closed Weekend for Term Two is at the end of Week Seven.
