St Josephs PT & F

We hope that everyone has survived the recent transitions and are keeping safe and well.  This is a quick update/introduction to the St Joseph's Parent, Teacher and Friends Committee and how it operates.

Firstly the Committee is open to any parent/carer, teacher and/or friend who wishes to attend.  We welcome all parents and teachers and friends who care about our school.  We discuss a range of issues relating to our school, such as the canteen, social activities and fundraising.

One of our focus areas is  fundraising and each year we receive a “wish list” from the school. We then aim to raise what we can towards these items throughout the year.  We have many ideas and aim for at least 1 fundraising  activity each term.  This year we were hoping to hold another Colour Run and a Fete, but unfortunately due to our current global situation these are not viable options at this point in time.  We are however, going to endeavour to have some smaller “non-contact” fundraising opportunities such as a pie drive but we are still working on the logistics.  Hopefully we will be able to get together soon to work a few things out.
