Food for Memory and Concentration
Now that we’ve returned to face to face schooling, it’s time to get our brains back into gear! One of the best ways to aid with memory and concentration is to be mindful of the foods we put into our bodies. Not only will this help us feel less sluggish and more energised, but it can actually help with our ability to concentrate in class and retain far more information that we are learning in class.
Health professionals state that the following foods are helpful in aiding memory and concentration:
- Fatty Fish
- Blueberries
- Broccoli
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Dark Chocolate
- Nuts
- Oranges
- Eggs
- Green Tea
- Avocado
Challenge yourself with adding some or all of the above to your diet. Combined with a good night’s sleep and exercise, a well-balanced diet is good for both our physical and mental health.
