Office Hours
During the Isolation period St Mary's Office office hours have been adjusted.
Until further notice the office will be open between the following hours 8.30am - 4.00pm
NEW - School Fees
Mid-year statements have been emailed to all families. Families using our Direct Debit Facility, this is for your information, not a request for full payment.
If you haven't made payment, or arrangements to make payments, we ask families to please finalise your account as soon as possible.
Please note - at this stage school camps and excursions have not been cancelled and billing remains the same. However, with the likelihood that this may occur for the remainder of the year, school fees will be recalculated to reflect this. Mr Butts will notify parents of this when a final decision has been made and we will inform you as to the process we will put in place for any credits to school fees, and how CSEF funds may be applied to next year's Camps/Sports/Excursion fees.
UPATED REMINDER - Camps Sports & Excursion Fund
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
- school camps or trips
- swimming and school-organised sport programs
- outdoor education programs
- excursions and incursions.
All families who may have recently acquired a valid Health Care Card maybe eligible for CSEF.
Families who have not received CSEF in the past but may now have a current Health Care Card are asked to bring a copy of their card into the office for application process to begin, or email a copy (maybe a photo), to office@smmooroopna.catholic.edu.au an application will be made on your behalf (and we will fill in the form for later signing). Alternatively, the attached form can be handed in at the school office.
A copy of the Health Care Card must also be provided.
2021 Prep Enrolment Applications St Mary's
Families with a prep student for 2021 are advised enrolment information packs are now available from the school office.
Please either call into the office to collect or contact the office on 58252858 to arrange for it to be sent via email or post.

NCCD Information Sheet for Parents, Carers and Guardians
What is the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data?
Schools must now complete the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) every year. It counts the number of students who receive additional adjustments or “help” at school because of a disability. The NCCD helps governments plan for the needs of students with disability.

UPDATED - Student Medical profile / Absences
Care Monkey has been turned off, all student medical information and permission notes will now be collected and sent out through PAM.
Absent notes can also be submitted through PAM.
If you have not already done so, we ask all families to update their students medical profile through PAM by clicking the "red bell" in the top right hand corner of the home page.
We encourage any updates to emergency contact details to be made through the office.
REMINDER - Secondhand Uniforms
There are a number of secondhand uniforms available in the office - we ask a $5 donation per piece.
Come and see what's available in your children's sizes!
If you have any uniform items you no longer require and wish to donate them to the school, please bring them into the office.
A reminder - when we return to school, winter uniform will be in place and hats will not be required. Please see attached Uniform Policy.
Working With Children Check
Parents or family members who wish to help out in the classrooms or on excursions are required to have an up to date Working With Children's Card. These can be applied for online and there is no cost if you are a volunteer. A copy of this needs to be passed onto the office.
A reminder to notify the school office with any changes or updates to your Working With Children Check.
Medication
Families are reminded to please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and necessary in date medications to the office. If you have provided medication to the office in the past, please contact the office to ensure this medication is still valid and in date.
Parents are reminded that all non prescription medication to be administered at school or on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage. A signed authority to administer medication form is also required, a copy of this is located below.
Local Town Bus fares
The following fares will apply for students travelling on the Mooroopna Town School Buses. It would be appreciated if students can have the correct fare to present to driver when travelling.
Single Travel - $1.20
Daily - $2.40
Weekly - $11.20
