From the Office. 

Dear GRPS families, 

We understand that you may be feeling a bit over whelmed with all the changes coming back to school but we appreciate your support and wanted to thank you for our cooperation.

Please be familiar with the following updates from the office:

Please call ahead

If you need to come to the office, please call ahead. We will endeavour to resolve your question over the phone. 9870 6098

Dropbox

If you need to drop anything in to the office, please place it in the ‘Drop Box’ out the front of the Administration doors.

Existing Student Medication

If you are returning student medication, please send it to the classroom teacher and they will send it to the office.

New Student Medication

If your child requires medication whilst at school and you are not had a conversation with the office, please call the office on 9870 6098 and discuss the details before sending it to the classroom teacher and who will send it to the office.

Sickbay

Please do not be alarmed if your child is wearing a face mask in sickbay.

If your child has come to sickbay and presents with symptoms of COVID-19 (including a high temperature), we have been directed from the Department of Education to isolate your child in the sickbay and place a facemask on them until they are collected from school. 

Canteen

For the next two weeks, canteen will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ONLY. 

Canteen will only be open for pre orders only - no over the counter sales.

All over the counter sales (recess snacks) must be pre-ordered. Please include these on the lunch order. 

From the 9th June, the Canteen will be open every day as normal. The regular Term 1 menu still remains in place.

Uniform Shop

Due to the current circumstances, the on-site Uniform Shop remains temporarily closed.Uniform is still available to order by completing the order form attached and returning it via email or sending it with your child to School.  Uniform orders will be distributed to your child through the Office.

Late Passes

If your child is late to school, please go straight to class (do not go past the office). The classroom teacher will then contact the office and update the roll.

Early Leavers

If a student is being collected early from school, parents are asked to call the office when they are in their car out the front of the school and the office will take the student to their car.

We thank you for your cooperation in keeping us safe limiting the number of people through the office. We look forward to seeing you all next week.
