In the Classroom...

After a successful first year, the Maths Olympiad is continuing this year, with fourteen committed Mathematicians challenging themselves during weekly sessions and the five tests conducted throughout the year. The students have just completed the third test and the enthusiasm and development of a range of strategies to solve a complex problem demonstrated has been really pleasing. 

Grade 6 students have been demonstrating their creativity in making a model of a sustainable house. The models look fantastic and the students can articulate the sustainable features of their house!
