School Uniform

All students should now be wearing winter uniform. Uniform requirements are listed below.

All school uniform items with a school logo can only be purchased from Primary School Wear (PSW). Their shop is located at 1/596 North Rd Ormond.

 

GIRLS’ UNIFORM:

 

 

BOY’S UNIFORM:

 

All students must also have:

  • School Back Pack with school logo (from PSW)
  • Art Smock (from PSW or other)
  • Library Bag (from PSW or other)

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • No  leggings with either Summer or Winter uniform
  • No long bike shorts under clothing
  • No long sleeved tops under summer dress or under short sleeved polo shirts –            windcheater or bomber jacket to be worn
  • No cargo-style pants
  • Long sleeved polo shirts and long socks may be worn as part of summer uniform.
  • No ‘No Show’ socks – i.e. no anklet socks
  • No nail polish or other cosmetics are allowed to be worn
  • Shoulder length hair must be tied back (hair ribbons or headbands to be either navy or white
  • No hair colouring is permitted.
  • Jewelry:  sleepers or studs only and watches acceptable. Rings or arm bracelets are not allowed. Only necklaces with a religious symbol are allowed to be worn but            these must be removed for contact sports.
  • Runners are only to be worn on set Physical Education Days and on School Sports Days (except for students in Prep – 2 who may wear runners on tennis days)
  • Thongs or sandals are not permitted to be worn at school as they offer no            protection for toes
  • Beanies, scarf & gloves may be worn in winter – navy only

 

SPORTS UNIFORM: (GIRLS & BOYS)                                  

To be worn on set Physical Education Day and on School Sports Days: 

  • Mesh Sports polo with school logo – navy and sky blue (from PSW)
  • Mesh Sports shorts – navy (from PSW)
  • Runners
  • White short socks (must be visible)
  • and/or  St. Anthony's School Tracksuit

SUNSMART:

St. Anthony’s is a SUNSMART School, which requires hats for boys and girls to be worn during summer time for protection against the sun. Hats must be worn outside from the beginning of September through to the end of April. “No Hat No Play” is our policy. With the increase of eye damage we encourage the wearing of sunglasses during Terms 1 & 4. 

 

MARKING OF POSSESSIONS:

All children’s possessions including clothing, shoes, lunch boxes, drink bottles, smocks, library bags, books and pencils must be clearly marked with the child’s full name.
