Concussion awareness

Please note: If your child is diagnosed with Concussion by a Doctor or in a Hospital Emergency Department, it is imperative that parents inform the College Nurse and child’s Assistant Deputy Principal or class teacher.

Parent must submit Medical Clearance Certificates stating when their child can return to school and return to sport. The Treating Doctor should supply parent with a gradual return to sport instruction sheet to follow.
