School Closure Day - 9th August 

Tomorrow, Thursday August 9th, there will be a school closure day as staff undertake a Professional Development day. Children will not attend school on Thursday. 

School Improvement Parent Surveys

Today 60 families received the 2018 School Improvement Parent Survey. We believe that our parent voice is very important in helping us shape the ongoing improvement of our school so completion of the survey is an opportunity for you to tell us what you think is going well and maybe not so well at our school.

Each year this data along with staff and student (Year 3/4 and Year 5/6) survey results are analysed and ‘put together’ to tell us the story of what we are doing well and what we need do to better.

We would be really grateful if you could complete the survey (in either the paper copy or online version) by Friday 24th August.

Fathers’ Day Breakfast

Please make sure you have our Fathers’ Day Breakfast marked in your diary. This year our Fathers’ Day Breakfast will be held on Friday 31st August from 7:30 am until 8:45 am. Breakfast will once again be hosted in the undercover area (unless the weather is horrible, in which case we will move it to the hall). And don’t forget to wear your Footy Colours to school (dads and children)!

Baby Season

We congratulate Mrs Victoria La Fauci (Year Prep V teacher) who is expecting her first child in January. It’s exciting news for Victoria, her husband and  family and we wish her good health in the lead up to her new arrival.

Guitar Lessons

Please note that guitar lessons provided by ABC Music will now take place on Mondays instead of Wednesdays. Keyboard lessons will continue on Wednesdays.

Cyber Safety Parent Session
