Dear Parents,

Welcome back to Term 3, students, parents, and staff! I hope you had an incredible break and are feeling refreshed and energised to tackle the new term ahead.

As we embark on this new term together, we are excited and look forward to sharing with you all the amazing initiatives and opportunities we have in store. Get ready for an inspiring and busy term!

It has already started with much excitement as we welcomed a surprise visit last week from Nicho Hynes (Cronulla Sutherland NRL player and State of Origin representative). His message of resilience, perseverance, being active and eating a healthy diet was delivered with confidence and enthusiasm. Emma Tonegato (Cronulla Sutherland NRLW player, two time Olympian, State of Origin representative), joined Nicho and is a wonderful role model for women in sport. Between the two of them, they were inspirational for all young people to recognise their full potential.

Tomorrow we look forward to celebrating the Grandparents in our community with Mass . morning tea and the opportunity to visit their grandchildren in their classrooms. It promises to be an a wonderful celebration of these special people in our lives.

We hope you're as thrilled as we are about these initiatives. Let's make this term one of growth, exploration, and even more curiosity. Remember, together, we can achieve anything!

Parent fundraising event - Organisers needed

Please submit your expression of interest if you would like to join a team to organise a parent event as a fundraiser for the OLF community. Next week I will be in touch with those who are interested. Thank you for your support.
