School Soccer

RESULTS:

Under 7's:  LNPS defeated Nazareth Catholic College Black 3 – 2.   Goal Scorers: Emmanuel Zaikis 2 and Sarantis Savas 1.  Here is a photo of the 2015 Under 7 team:

Great team play by all U/8 & U/9 players!

Under 12's:  Training Time Reminder

Parents/caregivers with children involved in the U12 team for the NWJSA School Soccer on Saturdays, please note that TRAININGS will now be held on TUESDAYS from 3:30pm - 4:30pm.  Jim Darley (a parent in the U12's) has kindly set a side some time to volunteer to train the team.

School Football

Lockleys Jets 2/3 Football Team:  

Saturday we played our first game against Hendon Primary School.  After a strong recruitment drive we played our Free Agent signings Kingsley Smith and Dion Sarris along first round draft picks Alex Slattery, Jaxon Kable, Henry West and Chase Wilson.  All performed exceptionally well with all getting their first possessions to start off their Jets careers!  Then for my experienced players, Lachlan Slattery, Chaz, Jed and Seth Thomas and Archer Wilson, all showed silky skills and great leadership.  We had multiple goal kickers in our first game.  Kingsley Smith bagged a few goals early in a great display as our Captain for the day.

Special mentions to Lachlan Slattery and Henry West who received nasty falcons (hit in the face with the ball), both got back up and soldiered on!  Most pleasing of all was to see the Jets competing very hard for the football and some great teamwork in moving the ball up and down the ground.  This week we play a strong Star of Sea side at home.
