From the Principal

Dear parents and carers

As we come to the end of another term, I want to take a moment to reflect on the successes and achievements of the past few months. Despite the challenges of staffing we have faced, I am so proud of what our school community has accomplished.

Firstly, I want to thank our incredible teachers and staff who have worked tirelessly to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for our students. Their dedication and commitment have been truly inspiring, and I am grateful for all that they do.

Secondly, I would like to recognise our students for their hard work and resilience. Despite some disruptions to their education and daily routines, they have continued to show determination and perseverance in their studies.

We have achieved a lot together this term including a successful swimming carnival, opening of mini-Woolies, taking ownership of our new Fuso Rosa bus donated by Variety NSW, students participating in Pulse Alive, and Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) completed for all students. Unfortunately, our athletics carnival was postponed until next term due to inclement weather, but I know this will give our House Captains more time to perfect their war cries.

We will have our annual harvest on Tuesday 4th April and our existing wine, both Tempranillo and Rose Tempranillo will be sold by Dan Murphys from next term - an exciting partnership for us.

I am on leave now until Term 3 as my husband and I will be firstly travelling and then I will be supporting him following an operation in May. Ms Jodie Pritchard and Mrs Julie Hudson, Deputy Principals will be relieving for me while I'm on leave.

Wishing everyone a peaceful Easter holiday and great Term 2.
