PHONE SYSTEM PROBLEMS
At the beginning of the year the College was required to migrate its phone system to Catholic Education Western Australia's (CEWA) system wide rollout of “Microsoft Teams calling”, utilising internet capabilities. This brings with it enhanced functionalities and features.
Unfortunately, several issues have been encountered and many parents/caregivers have been inconvenienced when either contacting the College or receiving phone contact from the College. We sincerely apologise if you have not received the high level of timely and prompt service that you have been accustomed to.
The College has escalated our concerns and are working closely with CEWA and its consultants to resolve the matter.
