Beginning of the School Year Mass 2023 K-6           Friday 10th February 9am in the Cathedral

Beginning of the School Year Mass and presentation of school badges to the student leaders for 2023, will be on Friday 10th February at 9am Mass in the Cathedral. 

All parents & friends are welcome to join the school for Mass.

Heavenly Father, together we ask you to hear the prayers of our school community. 

For those who have guided our journey here today, we give thanks for their appreciation. May they continue to be blessed with our love and generosity in 2023.

For our students, that they continue to be inspired by God’s love for them and committed to their learning journey. We ask you to bless our students, inspire them and keep them safe this year.

For our leadership team, that they follow in the footsteps of St Angela Merici by inspiring, guiding and supporting the St Mary’s School Community. May they understand their important roles and make important decisions based on the needs of each member of the community.

For all of our new and existing teachers, that they feel safe, valued, cared for and respected and absorb the many learning opportunities that will arise. May they feel comfort in their decision and feel empowered to continue your mission.
