Athletics Carnival Report

Friday the 27th of May, saw the return of one of the biggest events on the school's calendar. The yearly Athletics Carnival. 

Record numbers over 800 students  were bussed down for the big day. This is the largest number of students in a while. This year's carnival was held at a new venue in Bacchus Marsh.

Students and staff dressed up in sports uniform and house colours to cheer on their houses and to be involved in the activities.

Throughout the day over 100 track and field events took place. including 400m, high jump, long jump, javelin and relays just to name a few. 

Students were replenished by cheap food provided by the Year 11 and 12 Food Studies, VCAL students and the brand new coffee cart.

This years novelty event “The Zombie Run” inspired students to dress up in their best zombie costume to promote this years school production “The Horde.”
