AAU Junior Olympics

Late last year I was chosen to represent Victoria in a national inline hockey tournament in Moe. From this tournament a select number of players from all over Australia got chosen to represent our country in the AAU Junior Olympics in California USA this year.

Both myself and my brother Logan Gallacher (9B) were chosen in our respective aged teams to play in California. Over the past school holidays, we represented Australia in this tournament and I won Silver for my age division and Logan won Silver for the 16's team.

This was a great tournament to play in, meeting friends from other states around Australia, as well as making new friends from other parts of the World. I'm very proud to have represented both my State and Country and hope to do so again in both inline and ice hockey (I have a National Ice Hockey

Tournament being held at the O'Brien Group Arena next month).
