Curriculum Day

The focus for Term 2’s Curriculum Days is on Mental Health First Aid Training Course. This will provide the opportunity for all 130 JSA employees, tobecome an accredited Mental Health First Aider.The course will enable staff to further consolidate practical skills to manage mental health in the workplace. 

Our Term 2 Curriculum Days will be held on the following dates:

1. Wednesday 2nd June, 2021
2. Tuesday 15th June, 2021

These dates are student-free days therefore, students will not be required to attend school on these days.

2021Education Week - Building Connections

Now in its 77th year, Education Week aims to positively profile and celebrate the strengths and achievements of Victoria's government education sector.

Education Week 2021 will run from 23-29 May and the theme is 'Building Connections'. The theme celebrates the connections between schools and local communities and strengthens bonds with families and carers.

Education Week is an opportunity for our school to showcase how we are building connections with the community around us.  

On Thursday 27th May, we will be participating in a whole-school:

COVID Community Heroes Dress Up Day! 

This day will celebrate and acknowledge our frontline workers during COVID-19, by demonstrating community gratitude, pride and connectedness. 

All students are welcome to dress-up as their favourite frontline worker!
