YEARS 9 AND 10 DRAMA WORKSHOP
Yesterday Years 9 and 10 Drama students had the opportunity to view a performance of “The Stones” and then participate in workshop activities at the Sarto Centre. The play is based on a real event where two boys are charged with manslaughter after kicking rocks off a freeway overpass. The workshop activities had students working through different scenarios and outcomes, as well as exploring more general techniques of playbuilding and physical theatre. Thank you to the Performing Arts Parents Association for funding this amazing opportunity.
