Ever wondered how long you spend brushing your teeth each day? How about for the week? Or maybe your whole life? Well, that’s just what 5/6C explored during our live Webex maths lesson. Students timed themselves brushing their teeth, and then used written multiplication strategies to explore the time spent brushing their teeth in a day, week, month, year, and even their lifetime! We discussed how to increase the accuracy of our calculations, and how leap years can change our results.
