Contact Details
We have had a few instances recently when we have had difficulty contacting parents when their child has become unwell at school. It is essential that contact details for parents and emergency contacts are always kept up to date. Parents are requested to inform us immediately if there are any changes to your family circumstances, your address, your phone contact numbers or your child’s medical details. Please be sure that at all times we have accurate details regarding your:
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Mobile Phone Number
- Work Phone Number
- Emergency Contacts
This will ensure we are always able to contact parents when we need to about your children.
While a preliminary telephone call is appreciated, we do however require that you notify us of any changes in writing. This may be done by a letter or via the College App. The App has a ‘Parent eForms’ section which includes a ‘Change of Details’ form. Using this form, parents can quickly and easily notify the College of any changes to their contact details.
If you have not already downloaded the App, you are strongly encouraged to do so. If you have any queries in relation to the Nazareth App please do not hesitate to contact the College.
