Fees 2017
The 2017 College fee accounts were posted or emailed two weeks ago. If you have not received your account please contact the College Accounts Office for a copy.
Future accounts will be sent by email. As most College correspondence is now sent electronically, it is vital the College is kept informed of any changes to your contact details including mobile phones, work contact and email address.
Payment Options for fee accounts
The college offers a number of options for payment of fee accounts. The options are as follows:
- Discount of $250.00 per account for payment of the whole fee account by Tuesday 28 February 2017.
- Fortnightly and monthly payments by direct debit. Fortnightly payments are debited on Thursdays or Fridays while monthly payments occur on the 28th of each month from February to October. Direct debits can be from a bank account or from Visa or Mastercard.
- Quarterly payments due 28 February, 28 April, 28 July and 14 October 2017.
Families with existing direct debit arrangements already in place have been advised of the instalment amount on their account. Families that are new to the school and have not nominated a payment option will be nominated for quarterly instalments.
Payment in full and Term 1 payment are due on Tuesday 28 February 2017.
Fee Payments
All families should have made a payment towards their school fee account by now in accordance with the Fee Payment Schedule. Payments, either in full to qualify for the early payment discount, or by instalments were due by 28 February 2017. If you have not made a payment please do so immediately.
If you plan to pay by direct debit and have not returned your completed direct debit form (or do not have one in place from last year) you must return the form to the Accounts Office this week.
