CSEN SWIMMING COMPETITIONS
JUNIOR & SENIOR
Some very talented swimmers from BHCS (Year 3 to Year 12) recently represented our school at their respective CSEN Swimming Carnivals.
We are very proud of all of our students who participated and represented BHCS with dedication and hardwork.
A big thank you to all the teachers, staff, student helpers and event organisers who went to so much effort to run two terrific swimming events.
JUNIOR CSEN CARNIVAL RESULTS (YEAR 3-6)
Coco (Year 5) got BHCS off to a flying start with a Silver medal in Under 13 100m Freestyle – a fantastic swim considering she was swimming in an age group above her normal age group.
Henry (Year 4) won the first Gold medal for BHCS in the Under 9 50m Freestyle, and Coco took out the other Gold medal in Under 11 50m Freestyle event.
Our other Gold medal came in the relay events, with Ben, Henry, Austin and Jack (all Year 4) winning the Boys Under 10 Freestyle Relay.
Other place getters for BHCS on the day were:
Edith P - Under 9 - 50m Breaststroke
Felicity C - Under 9/10 - 50m Butterfly

SENIOR CSEN SWIMMING CARNIVAL RESULTS (YEAR 7-12)
Congratulations to the BHCS CSEN Secondary school swimming squad. They banded together as a team and came 2nd in Division A. Thank you to all the swimmers who competed and represented our school so well.
Waverley (Wantirna) finished 1st in Division A with Belgrave Heights Christian School just behind them. BHCS finished ahead of Heathdale, Maranatha, Chairo, Heatherton and St. Andrews.
This was an outstanding effort and all students who attended on the day are to be commended.
