The P&F Fundraising is holding an Election Day BBQ, Cake Stall & Chocolate Coin Toss on Saturday 21st May 2022.

We are seeking the following:

Chocolate Coin Toss – wrapped chocolate blocks, chocolate bars, bags of lollies, and sweets which must be all must be wrapped with no nut products and in date.  Donations will be collected in your student's class or can be dropped off at the Office until Thursday 19th May 2022.

Cake Stall – it’s time to dust off the cookbooks and think about what you could make, as we are seeking donations for our Cake Stall. We know there are many fabulous cooks at KPS, so let’s get our bake on for our school.

All products donated must be nut-free, and not contain raw egg, custard, cream or require refrigeration.  Students will bring home a plate/bag and instructions this week, along with information on where donations can be dropped off.

Volunteers - there are lots of different ways you can help us on the day, to sign up just click on the link and follow the instructions on the page, it only takes a few seconds to do so.  Once signed up you will receive an email to confirm your volunteer time and a reminder before the day.

Mothers Day Stall

A big thank you to all the volunteers and members of the P&F who organized the Mothers Day stall. Gifts were chosen with consideration and care, with lots of shouts and squeals of delights. All grades across the school love this event, and it was a great start to a busy week.

Parent Helpers

At this stage,  according to DET Guidelines, volunteers that attend an education facility and that work in close proximity to children, students or staff (including parent helpers) are required to be triple vaccinated.

Please see school process below;

1/ Volunteers to sign in at the office at the beginning of their time at school

2/ show proof of their three vaccination doses when they come in

3/ If they haven’t helped at the school yet this year, we will also need to see their Working With Children Check and get them to sign the child safety code of conduct.
