Library Award Winners

At our final assembly for Term 2, held on 23rd June, the following students were ‘lucky-dipped’ as Library Award winners out of our Library Awards box:

Congratulations to these students!! They are encouraged to come and see Mrs Sansom at any recess or lunchtime, when the library is open, to select their very own book from our special selection set aside for this purpose.

 

Students are so excited when their names are called out so we ask that parents support their children to remember their library bag each week and borrow during their library session. When they borrow three weeks in a row during these sessions, their name will also go into our Library Award box and could be one of the lucky ones drawn at our next assembly.

New to the Uniform Shop!

A Bimbadeen Heights Rain Jacket (plain navy)

A polar fleece lined rain jacket with two front pockets and concealed hood in the collar is now available to purchase from Spartan School World as part of our school uniform.

It includes the integrated RagTag'd label for lost property SMS alerts.  It does not have our school logo printed on so it can also be used outside of school if necessary, or handed down to a sibling/friend if the student grows out of it. 

 

A cosy warm option that is smart looking and practical for these cold winter mornings.

Scholastic BOOKCLUB

Scholastic Book Club - Issue 5 brochures were sent home this week.

 

Closing date for orders, whether they be online via LOOP www.scholastic.com.au/LOOP or cash sent direct to school, is Thursday 28th July.

 

Don’t forget, even though we don’t usually have any problems - should there ever be any issues with orders received, please do not hesitate to contact school so that these can be rectified as soon as possible.
