2022 FETE

Our second FETE meeting was held last Tuesday 7th June. Thank you to those parents who were able to attend.

The following items were discussed;

Donations and Sponsorship

According to our Fete survey from last term there are a number of  families who have offered to donate items or to be a sponsor. 

Peta Lipman will be making contact with these families to discuss what items they intend on donating.

These have been booked.

Rather than allocate a class to a stall/s it was decided that parents could allocate themselves to whichever stall they felt most comfortable working on. Shifts would be allocated to an hour and if parents wanted to do two or more shifts then they would indicate this on the roster.

Requests for donations would commence in Term 3 and continue through to early Term 4 and would include; Pick-a-jar, chocolate blocks, plants, hamper items for the wheel, white elephant items.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 19th July at 7.00pm via online meeting. The link to this meeting will be sent out early next term.
