HAPPY WORLD BEE DAY!

Friday was World Bee Day so we celebrated Cafe with all things honey!

We served a delicious meal of a trio of salads each with a honey based dressing and grilled chicken. Our dessert was Matt’s famous brownie slice served with berry coulis, vanilla ice cream and honeycomb that we had made. 

During test kitchen we had a really fun, delicious and interesting session on food science and learning about the chemical reaction which occurs to make honeycomb.

It was a very busy Cafe with past students attending, families, Principals from other schools, Father Shymon, staff and students.

Cafe is every second Friday, come and join us. We would love to serve you!
