Wellbeing

Our New Wellbeing Room

It’s terrific to see classes full, our students happily engaged in learning together, and listening to positive comments from parents and teachers of happy and independent children coming to school.

At this time that COVID 19 changed everything, we are so fortunate by the flattening of the curve and the gradual lifting of restrictions to more normal activities at school and within the community.

Still, some children can be processing some fears they felt in the initial phase of the pandemic. I would like to share some good links from Big Life Journal which has several resources to help children to develop a growth and resilient mindset. Big Life Journal also encourages family meetings as an opportunity to share concerns, great family stories and community highlights and successes.

I hope that you find something useful in these resources.

Stay well.
