From Mrs Audrey Brown, Deputy Primary
Mrs Brown has been busy meeting with parents regarding enrolment for Kindergarten in 2021. Next term, small groups of children will attend two morning sessions on a Thursday. In addition, in Term 4 children will attend two morning sessions as a whole cohort. There will be an information session for parents held on the evening of 22nd of September from 5.00pm-6.00pm. A light supper will be provided afterwards. We are so excited to be welcoming another group of students to Molong Central School. If you haven’t yet contacted the school for an enrolment appointment, please ring on 6366 8224.

1/2 Blue plus 3 children from 2/3 Green and 3 children from K/1 Lavender have been learning about the weather and the different instruments that can tell us information about it. We have talked about wind socks, thermometers and rain gauges. This week we designed and made our own rain gauges. Mrs Harbison then "made it rain" with a watering can and we looked at how they worked. We were very impressed, and realised how successful the ones were that had a larger opening to catch more rain.

The Primary Lost Property bin is overflowing (no exaggeration)! 99% of jumpers have no name. Please check your child's name is inside their jumper. All jumpers and uniform items need to be clearly labelled.

The Primary SRC would like to do something just for the fun of it. Friday the 25th June we will have a Crazy Hair Day. There will be prizes for the following categories given in Early Stage 1, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3:
· Brightest Hair
· Biggest Hair
· Craziest Hair
