Undercover Primary Area Completed

The undercover Primary area is completed! And it looks great! It's hard to remember what it looked like before demolition and renovation started. Here are some progress photos for everyone to enjoy. 

Year 5/6

On Thursday last week, the year 5/6 class started a new BUZ unit: BUZ Together where they will be learning strategies to work with others. They were introduced to this unit by playing a hilarious game called 'Bums and Feet'.

National Simultaneous Story time (NSS)

The students really got into the spirit of 'Whitney and Britney Chicken Divas' which was this years National Simultaneous Story time (NSS) book. NSS is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools and many other places around the country. The dress ups and creation of their own chicken divas made for a fabulous morning.

Successful Grant

The School was successful in obtaining a significant Department of Education Shade Structures grant. Watch this space, as things develop.
