From Our School Captains

Reflection of Term 1

This year started off as a really great year, and then we went into lockdown. We luckily got back on track and we were back at school in no time, to all our parents’ relief!

Year 6 Canberra Camp was cancelled, and all our Year 6s were really sad, but now *drumroll please*, all the Year 6s are going to the camp that the Year 5s usually go to, Camp Coonawarra. Cross Country is next term for the Middles and Seniors, and Mrs Mac has said that she will put up a ‘Get Fit’ program.

Coming up in Term 2

Coming up in Term 2, we have lot of stuff planned. On April 30th get ready for Cross Country.  On May 6th it will be Clean Up Day (more details below) and we encourage kids to bring their own tongs.  During the holidays, turf will be added to the Gaga Pit and the ICT room will be upgraded.

Clean Up Croydon Hills Day

On May 6th we would like all the classes to take a bucket and tongs and pick up rubbish in their allocated areas, in their allocated times. The teachers will get an email from one of the School Captains.  The kids are asked to bring their own tongs but the buckets will be provided.
