Parent's Association

Term 1 is over, and wow that was a whirl wind. It is so good to be back at school, and almost back to "normal". This term the PA was jam packed with fundraisers and events, with the Picture Product fundraiser, raising almost $700, Lawn bowls for the adults and finishing the term off with the Explosion Colour Run.

Thank you again, to all the students, teachers, and parents who fundraised and put time and effort in to make the Colour Fun Run a success.

We are still counting money so we dont have exact figures but we know that we have planted 705 trees, and over 115 kids participated in fundraising/donating to the event, which is amazing. Our Classroom leader is Miss Ryans class, so they will get a movie and free dress and will be organised with Miss Ryan.

When we come back next term, keep an eye out for information about the Cadbury fundraiser. We will be sending information home with students and compass on how it will be run this year.

Mothers day is around the corner. -Stall is being held on May 4th. Please contact Kelly Hamilton 0417 124 297 to volunteer.

We are hoping to organise a Sip and Paint in Term 2 for the adults. We are currently working behind the scenes getting dates and pricing. Keep your eye out for the information.

Murder Mystery has been moved to Term 3, August 7th. Mark it down in the calendar. We still need people to join the committee to make the Murder Mystery happen. Please contact Elisa on 0411 011 675 to be part of an exciting event.

As we didn't get to have a Welcome Family Fun night this year, we would love to end the year with a larger than normal Christmas Carols Event. We want you to be part of the planning and let us know what you want to see at the Christmas Carols. Please email marlborough.ps.pa@gmail.com with ideas and if you want to help me on the committee.
