Athletics House Sports

Rice House is the 2021 House Sports Athletics Champion after an impressive display across the track and field events.

Perfect conditions greeted us for the annual event and the scene around the synthetic oval and athletics track was one of colour and activity.

Rice claimed first place with 3,389 points, followed by Gleeson on 3,221, McAuley in third on 2,557 and Glowrey in fourth.

13 yr age group champions; male - Archie Millar (Rice), female - Kiara Foster (Gleeson).

14 yr age group champions; male - Oscar Angus (Gleeson), female - Emilija Elborough (Glowrey).

15 yr age group champions; male - Will Budge (Gleeson), Female - Zara Walker (Glowrey) & Kaitlin Chappell (McAuley).

16 yr age group champions; male - Will McLachlan (McAuley), female - Rachael Darwin (Rice).

17yr age group champions; male - Rani Jamieson (Rice), Female - Lulu Riches (Rice).

18-20 yr age group champions; male - Luke Frith (Gleeson), Female - Sophie Morrissy (Rice).
