Chapel Mass

Monday 22 March saw the College celebrate the last Chapel Mass for this term. A special thanks to Mr Di Sano’s Year 9 RE class for hosting such a solemn occasion. The musical accompaniment certainly added to the reverence of the Mass. Our Gospel focused upon the idea of not judging others and also the mercy and forgiveness that Jesus modelled in his life on earth.

Our next Chapel Mass will be held on 3 May and we thank Fr David for his support throughout this term with our Eucharistic celebrations.

Project Compassion

As a community we are still supporting Caritas throughout Lent with their Project Compassion initiative. This undertaking allows us as a community to live our faith and by the ideals of Edmund Rice, who himself was concerned with the most vulnerable in the community. Caritas has been able to complete necessary works so that others may have a more dignified life using the funds gathered from previous years. St Pius would again like to provide a generous donation to Caritas in 2021 so that their work can continue, so that the most needy may be provided with shelter, food, education and health care.

Please see the link below should you wish to donate online and receive receipts for taxation purposes.

Once again thanks for your generous support thus far, our collection will continue for the reminder of this term.

For those families wishing to donate online to Caritas, the following link has been created:
