Book Club

We are lucky to have many keen readers in the College.  We would love to hear from students that would be interested in getting together to form a book club.  We can be contacted on Teams, or by email at vbclibrary@viewbank.vic.edu.au.

Spotlight on… news and magazines

The Age and Herald Sun is available to read in the library.  We also subscribe to a range of magazines which are available to borrow or browse.  Feature articles from Cosmos and Australian Geographic are also listed in the library catalogue. 

We recently added an online newspaper database to the library collection, OneFile News. This resource can be accessed by students or staff using the Sign in with Microsoft option. It includes the major Australian newspapers, with articles dating from the previous day back to the 1990s. You can search by publication or topic – the Visual Topic Finder is a great way to explore a subject.
