Congratulations
Last term, Miss Miletic, Mr Dunn, Mr Floriano and I, were privileged to be able to interview a wonderful group of Year 11 students who nominated to be a part of our Student Representative Council for 2022. Each of the 21 students who nominated were exceptional and we are all very proud of the way in which they conducted themselves throughout the process. It is exciting to know that we have so many potential leaders within the cohort, who I am sure will go on to achieve great things in the future. Well done to the following future leaders!

Congratulations to our Senior Student Representative Council for the Class of 2022
Preliminary exams - well done!
Year 11 are to be congratulated on their efforts in the Preliminary Examinations that were held at the end of last term. The way in which students completed these tasks online and with a minimum of fuss was outstanding.
These exams provide an indication to students about what they know and what they need to work on. The exams also allow teachers to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement so they can adapt future lessons based on this information.
Once these results and ROSA grades have been finalised, students will be given the opportunity to make some changes to their pattern of study so that they can be best placed to achieve to their potential in the HSC. This process will take place in consultation with teachers, parents and myself so that informed decision are made. Students and parents will receive an email when students may begin this process.
Year 8
Year 8 students continue to impress with their commitment to their work and their positive, resilient attitudes. Last term, Ms Cupac, Mr Wilcox and I handed out a whopping 141 certificates for students who were recognised by their teachers for demonstrating outstanding commitment to their learning!
A fantastic effort Year 8, keep up the great work!
